Another Early Music Blog

In 2018, I had moved to Uzbekistan to be a Fulbright. I started a blog because I absolutely fell in love with the country and still consider it my second homeland. While I was in Uzbekistan, I start blogging more rigorously and decided to write about what I was listening to. In 2019, I published this piece: MARINA, Miyagi and Munisa.

I was intially disappointed in its reception but hope people find it today and enjoy it. I still listen to these artists today. When my friend and I took a roadtrip to Indiana, we blasted Munisa. My students played "I Got Love" for me when I was a Program Assistant. I saw MARINA in concert in 2023.
